    Monica Shulman is a contemporary artist and photographer based in New York’s Lower Hudson Valley. Her bold, expressive paintings infuse spaces with color, rhythm, and emotion — transforming interiors into deeply personal environments. Known for her signature brushwork and layered compositions, Monica explores themes of memory, nature, and renewal through an abstract lens.

    A former attorney turned full-time artist, Monica draws inspiration from her Latin heritage, her travels, and the natural world. Her work has been featured in The Washington Post, Create Magazine, and Art Seen, and exhibited at Frieze Los Angeles, Art Market Hamptons, PULSE Art Fair, and the Chairish Gallery at Bergdorf Goodman.
