I'm interested in the ways we interact and how our memories shape our narratives, who we are and how we view ourselves. I use my materials, specifically thick layers of oil paint, as an active participant in my paintings. My bold, broad brushstrokes and rhythmic, gestural marks with varying shades of blue, pink, black and white, creates a vivid, optimistic and energetic painting.

This sculptural painting is created on a gallery-wrapped canvas that is painted on all four sides.
