"I'll Meet You There" is a bright, joyful abstract oil painting by Monica Shulman that explore themes of self-reflection, the human condition, and identity. Monica uses her materials, specifically thick layers of oil paint and oil pastel, as an active participant in the paintings that explore a yearning to connect with each other after living in an extended period of isolation. This painting is inspired by the colors and light of late summer and early fall in the Hudson Valley where she lives and works. An intuitive painter, Monica uses which ever medium will best help her express her ideas and in this piece she explores the various shades and values found in nature by using texture and layers with oil paint. Punctuating her rhythmic, gestural marks with varying shades of blue, pink, green, blue, purple and yellow, Monica creates a vivid and energetic painting that will add dimension and a pop of color to any space.
This mixed media, sculptural painting is created on a gallery-wrapped canvas that is painted on all four sides.
Monica has been featured in various publications including Popular Photography, Create magazine, and the Huffington Post. In 2019 she was named "Best Artist" in Westchester by Westchester magazine. Her work has been shown at the American Academy of Arts and Letters in New York City, Photo LA, Art Market Hamptons, PULSE Art Fair, and the New York Mercantile Exchange, among others.

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).

Cancellations

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.

- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
