This 1960s Kent Coffey Perspecta lowboy dresser is a striking example of sculptural mid century modern design. The long walnut case is anchored at each end by carved door panels where tall arched forms rise in relief, giving the front its distinctive architectural rhythm. Between them, three rows of paired drawers carry slender sculpted pulls set against warm, active walnut grain, and the whole case floats on gently splayed legs joined by a shaped apron.
Behind each sculpted door sits a concealed bank of three drawers, bringing the total to twelve and giving this dresser far more storage than its low profile suggests. The six center drawers handle everyday clothing while the side banks keep smaller items sorted, and the long, low silhouette works just as well in a bedroom as it does serving as a storage cabinet in a living or dining room. The interior of a drawer carries the Perspecta by Kent Coffey mark.
