    I’ve loved antique furniture for as long as I can remember.. Nothing beats solid, real wood, handcrafted furnishings. I have a background in multi-media art and theatre construction, experience that serves well my recent obsession with restoring antique finds or reinventing them if they can’t be returned to their original beauty. I’m willing to go to drastic lengths using traditional techniques when a piece calls for period authenticity. I’ve even been known to research upholstery practices from the 1700s and nail in thousands of tacks one by one in order to get a chair just perfect. My attention to detail may be excessive, but if I wouldn’t love to have one of these restored pieces in my home, why would anyone else?
