For your consideration. . .
A vintage pair of whimsical ornate Monkey Canisters. These fabulous canisters or Monkey Boxes are made of hand embossed and hammered brass. Each canister is embossed with Monkeys in their natural habitat filled with leaves and branches. Each lid also features a mom or dad carrying their infant. The canisters are offered as a set, one is oval the other is round. Each canister has ball feet with protective felt. They are quite charming and unique. Made by Castilian Imports, circa 1990.

Round Canister: 6-1/2" High By 5" Diameter
Oval Canister: 6-1/2" High By 5-3/4" Wide By 4" Deep
History: From the private estate of a retired Interior Designer.
