• Medium: Hand-carving on an emerald-green glass carved cameo over an opaque white Peking glass base.
• Face A Motif: Classical longevity scene of a recumbent cat looking at butterflies.
• Face B Motif: A perched songbird nestled among blooming Chrysanthemum flowers.
• Interior: Hand-scooped, hollowed interior cavity with a flat, hand-ground lip surface. No modern plastic injection seams.
• Stopper: Fitted with a natural red jasper/agate stone stopper cap.
• Height: Approximately 2.75 inches tall.
• Very Good historic condition. Relief carving is crisp with zero losses to the bird, cat, or butterfly wings. Free of structural cracks, deep chips, or repairs. Displays minor superficial base wear consistent with mid-20th-century age.
