Set of 6 vintage 1930s Tiffin Franciscan blown glass small salad plates with gold encrusted "Minton" pattern etching around the rims.
The Tiffin Glass Company of Tiffin, Ohio was a section of The United States Glass Company of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania in 1892. In the 1963, the U.S. Glass Company went bankrupt and the Tiffin employees purchased both the building and inventory. The company was officially closed by 1980.
