This vintage item is signed on the bottom: Mancioli - Italy. It is almost identical to the Este Ceramiche porcelain trompe l'Oeil jars made for Tiffany. This jar can be used for storage or simply as a decorative item. There are 6 hand painted three dimensional walnuts on the top plate and there are 29 trompe l'Oeil plates hand painted in a light brown color representing the edge of each faux plate. This stunning Italian Mid 20th Century work of art porcelain is very rare and hard to find, especially in this size and condition.
