Gorgeous, mid-late 20th century polished stainless steel pedestal bowl featuring sculptural deer head handles with dimensional antlers at either side. The deep bowl rests on a wide pedestal base and has a bright, reflective finish. The metal is slightly magnetic when tested with a strong magnet and appears to be stainless steel. No maker's mark has been found. A substantial and unusual serving piece that could be used as a champagne or wine cooler, centerpiece bowl, or decorative vessel. The deer handles give it a classic sporting and lodge-inspired look while the polished finish keeps it versatile.
