Perfect as a center bowl on a sideboard or entry table, this silver plate bonbon bowl adds sparkle and shine. The scalloped and ruffled edge bowl sits on 3 paw feet and has a bit of Art Nouveau style. It is not stamped with a makers mark as was common for pieces made to sell in department stores. Rather, it had a foil label which is gone. Research says the bowl could be attributed to Salem Silver or Meriden which produced it in the early to mid 1900’s.
