The dish boasts a stunning pale Tiffany Blue background, which is adorned with intricate hand-painted gold highlights and scenes of courting couples in the Fragonard style also known as Love Story. The surrounding scenes are accentuated with gold and feature raised dots. The matte Tiffany Blue complements the shiny glazed pinks, blues, and greens in the surrounding scenes.
