Offering a pair of hand painted porcelain parakeet figurine sculptures, circa 1960s. These ceramic figurines depict two budgerigars (parakeets) perched upon a tree stump, surrounded by delicate white flowers and leaves. The birds showcase vibrant green, yellow, blue and black plumage, with finely detailed feathers and expressive postures. The artisan has captured the natural charm of these birds, emphasizing their lively stance, detailed facial features, as well as their meticulously hand painted feathers. Both signed on bottom.
EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION. No chips, no cracks, no damage of any kind. A hard to find pair of decorative parrots in this immaculate condition. Price accordingly.
