Transport your space to the South Seas with this authentic Lladró (Spain) "Pacific Jewel" (Brisa del Pacífico) figurine, model number 01012383. Sculpted by legendary artist José Javier Malavia and launched in 1998, this piece is a standout representation of Lladró's highly collectible Gres Finish Collection. Unlike high-gloss glazed porcelain, the matte stoneware (Gres) composition infuses the sculpture with rich, earthier skin tones and a realistic texture. The piece depicts a young island girl in a peaceful, kneeling pose. She features a delicate white blossom tucked behind her ear while her sarong is meticulously hand-painted with green, orange, and ochre floral enamels. Pristine vintage condition. Entirely free of chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs. The matte finish, fingers and toes and delicate flower petals remain fully intact.
