A hanging studio pottery sculpture by Hudson Valley NY ceramic artist Stephen Fabrico (1948-2023) featuring 3 birds and 2 eggs. Described by the artist as "Birds on a wire basking in the sun. A wonderful hanging sculpture for the garden or patio.”
Configured to be displayed like a wind chime but does not make any sound (the pieces are NOT hollow - this item has some weight to it). Stephen Farbrico was known for his functional and sculptural ceramics (or as he described it "sculptural ceramics blending love of gardens and abstract art through clay"), especially his bird houses, feeders and totems.
This particular piece is unglazed/unpainted. The last 2 photos are from Stephen Fabrico Designs, 2019.
