Pablo Picasso worked with Suzanne Ramie for 24 years at the Madoura Pottery in Vallauris, France, producing 100s of pieces that were offered in limited editions.
This tile is #31 from an edition of 250 and was purchased by my mother in the late 70s on a trip to the Madoura Pottery. It is in a simple wood frame with a burlap-covered mat. It has the edition indications on the back with a Madoura card.
