Liné follows the tradition of Romantic Realism in her technique and her subjects vary from landscapes to street scenes, harbor scenes and beautiful mood scenes of the east coast.

This painting focuses on the side front porch in a Greek Revival of a bright white home. The lovely hunter green door with brass knockers is flanked on either side by bright purple hydrangeas. Large bunches of yellow roses cascade from the top of the porch.

Line’s play with light is special in this piece. The shadows suggest early morning or evening light.

This lovely oil is surrounded by a thick gold frame and is equally at home in traditional, coastal and more modern styled homes. A must for collectors of oil focusing on architecture and New England homes.
