It appears the glaze has … Read more This terra-cotta bowl depicts a flying man surrounded by flowers. There is consistent craquelure throughout. It appears the glaze has been painted over with clay. There are spots of flaking glaze.

Age: 19th century per online research, another similar bowl was found. Obviously hand painted due to variations.
Height: 2.75 inches
Width: 7.75 inches
Depth: 7.75 inches
Condition: There is consistent craquelure throughout. There are spots of flaking glaze.

1. Use an app called Google Lens to take a photo of any item. It will bring up similar items and how much they sell/sold for. This is also helpful in figuring out what to call or how to describe the item.

2. Do a Google search for the name of the item.

3. Do a search for the item by name on Chairish and another similar site.
