This gorgeous item is from the Apollo Series and handmade in the Art Nouveau Period.
Makers Mark at the base: Apollo E.P.N.S. Made in USA; Bernard Rice's Sons Inc. 3902/7.
Great for Tea Time Events to serve Cookies, Snacks or Cake.
In good vintage condition with one ding at the base and some tarnish due to use and History.
