This is a rare early Mid-Century (circa 1940's) marigold carnival glass elongated bowl that can be used as a planter or a serving bowl. It has beautiful scalloped edges and the glass is very thick and heavy (around 3 lbs). It is LARGE, with a length of 16". It is 4 1/2" wide and stands 4" tall.
I am not sure if this would be considered from the art nouveau or Hollywood Regency period, but it is lovely and in perfect condition.
