Design Plus Gallery presents a Vintage Venetian Leather Carved Wood Armchair. The armchair showcases an ornate wood frame with intricate floral and scroll carvings along the crest, seat apron, and curved legs. The high backrest and generously padded seat are upholstered in cognac leather, complemented by upholstered armrests and sculptural wooden supports. The cabriole legs display scrolling feet, while the decorative woodwork reflects Venetian Baroque and Rococo influences. It is in good condition with visible and minimal wear from usage. The leather exhibits visible creasing, surface crackling, and natural patina from age and usage. Purchased from the San Francisco Design Center.
