Crafted from a substantial copper body with intricate wire inlay, the vase features a rounded lower section, a waisted middle, and a smaller upper bulb with a slender neck. The surface is richly decorated against a creamy white ground with a dense, continuous "hundred flowers" motif in varying shades of cobalt, navy, and pale blue, accented with green foliage. The blossoms include stylized peonies, chrysanthemums, and smaller five-petaled flowers, all outlined in fine gilt wire. The rim, the waist connecting the two gourd sections, and the base are finished with polished gold gilding. The interior is glazed in a solid, bright turquoise blue. A highly decorative and collectible piece, ideal for display or as a meaningful gift.
