Vintage Bucherer Swiss Desk Clock – Mother-of-Pearl Dial, Ornate Gilt Stand, Alarm Function
This beautifully crafted vintage Bucherer Swiss desk clock features a stunning checkerboard mother-of-pearl dial that shimmers with iridescent color in the light. The face displays raised gilt numerals at 12, 3, 6, and 9, with matching gold-tone hands and hour markers, giving it a refined and elegant appearance.
The clock is mounted on an ornate gilt metal scrollwork stand with a classic mid-century decorative style. The gold finish shows light, age-appropriate patina that enhances its vintage charm.
Note: the clock has to be worked on it does not work. probably the springs
The back of the clock is marked “SWISS 3 – 1371288” and includes settings for alarm, time adjustment, winding, and a stop function, indicating a mechanical movement.
