A beautiful piece from the 1930s, this carved wooden mirror is sumptuous. The frame is made of turned wood in a "bamboo" style. The craftsman who created this piece drew inspiration from the Orientalist style so prevalent in Art Deco furniture of that period.
The mirror is antique, and the glass is beautifully mottled. The frame has a lovely luster, and some signs of age and stains are visible. A hanging cord is provided on the back.
