Dating from the second half of the 20th century, it bears the maker's sticker with the model number 2016-122 on the back.

This charming mirror is in good vintage condition, though it has one imperfection: an old repair (glued area) at the bottom left. This is barely noticeable once the mirror is hung, and the piece remains sturdy and solid. Please see the photos for more details.
