Description: 18th century style Philadelphia style Windsor fan back arm chair. Chair features a shaped rail ending in carved mouse ears with spindles, outward paddle arms, shaped saddle seat, resting on splayed and ring-turned legs. Comes with a plaid fitted seat cushion. Saybolt Cleland was a high end furniture maker in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.
