It is an extremely rare piece. This chair has a klee klamp enameled steel frame. The PVC seat cushion features a valve that allows air to be vacuumed ou (while sitting), causing the bag to harden and mold itself around both the frame and the body. The chair remains firm for approximately 24 hours. The chair is almost in very good condition. Seat height: 35 cm. Info from Ron Arad itself: As the Transformer and frame were not limited editions, we did not keep records of the numbers produced. However, from memory I would estimate approx 80 – 100 of this size of Transformer were produced.
