Imperial clock in perfect working condition. "Made in Italy" is written on the roman numerals 5,6,& 7. Originally had Franz Humle German brass works inside; someone has changed it to a battery mechanism. One can open brass casing to move hands or simply use the dial on the battery pack inside. Brass with blue porcelain trim. Imagery of birds and cherubini accompanying Mercurio, the Greek God of speed with winged feet on porcelain. In Roman mythology, he is the god of financial gain, commerce, eloquence, messages, communication and travelers.
