The upholstery will need to be redone as there are holes, tears, and stains throughout the current upholstery. The metal frame had wear from the years of being outdoors. There are scratches, chipping the finish, dings, and discoloration throughout. One wheel is missing a bolt to keep it in place so the wheel falls off when moved around.
