Design Plus Gallery presents a Rodin Brown Velvet Bench by Crate & Barrel. Designed by Athena Calderone. Inspired by French wrought iron as well as the formal vitality of one of France's most famous sculptors, simplicity of form and the craft of execution. Showcasing the imperfect texture of handwrought iron, the black bench recalls the elegance of Neoclassical design with slender struts accented with a single ball on each side to match the round feet on the slim legs. A cushion covered in cocoa brown velvet completes its stately style. In good condition, visible and minimal wear from usage. Made in India.
