An outstanding black and aqua blue desk or mantle clock by Hermle, a 100 year old German clockmaker. With all of the panache of the postmodern era, this clock most likely dates from the mid-1980s. It has a black base, case, and face, along with aqua blue upright support, hands, and fantastic Art Deco-inspried numbers. The clock has a hanging pendulum in aqua and black that doesn’t work, unfortunately. The movement allows it to continue keeping good time, but the pendulum no longer moves. (It still looks amazing though!)
In vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Marked “Hermle” and “Made in Germany” on the clock’s face.
