It needs servicing to bring it back to life. It appears that when in working condition it chimes. Some minor wear to the brass, a few dark spots, which can be seen along the feet on the base and some spots on the side. Aside from those minor issues and it needing servicing, it’s a lovely piece. The glass is in good shape and the face is also in good shape. Made in USA. See less
