Lovely & elegant French opera glasses from C.1880. A de-rigeur fashion accessory for any Parisian lady or gentleman of that era. Barrels are covered in brown leather, frame is of brass, eyepieces are celluloid / Bakelite. Mark on each eyepiece rim: Le Roi Paris.
Very good antique condition; focus wheel turns easily to adjust magnification and optics seem to be fully functional. Leather is worn which is to be expected with a 140+ year old item. Please see detail photo.
