You are considering a rare Idox the Israel Watch Co. Solid Bronze Mechanical Desk Alarm Clock. This unique and colorful clock is in great condition, free of any significant flaws, though does show surface wear and tarnish consistent with this material. The stand/base appears to be made of another allow such as base metal, and gold paint coated as there is some flaking around the bottom edge. The movement, including alarm are functional but has not been measured for accuracy in time keeping. The plastic dial window contains a few light marks, though has been polished improving appearance.
Information on this company is virtually nonexistent, perhaps due to age, and cannot provide any relative history. It measures approximately 5.5" tall, 4" wide, and 2" depth.
