I believe it’s either late 19th or very early 20th century. The porcelain dial with 3 wind holes are a fine example of old world craftsmanship at its finest. To own a clock of this caliber in those days was a symbol of status. Gongs on the hour. However, missing key and untested for functionality. A beautiful statement piece to adorn your mantle or any part of your home. See less
