Offered for your approval and delight is this historic Magic Lantern made by the Ernst Plank Company in Nuremberg Germany circa 1900.
The Plank company began in 1866 producing Magic Lanterns that projected color slides to amaze and entertain audiences.
This STANDARD Model has an original oil lamp light source and is all original and not restored but conserved. All internal optics are present and complete.
The company logo: "EP" is found in the original intact name plate.
An incredible example including oil lamp, gold toned feet and the original 'smoke stack'.
Makes for a wonderful and iconic desk top, bookshelf or table display.
