In the 200+ grandfather clocks we've sold over the years, we've never had anything like this one. 100" tall (8'4") and monumental in scale, it makes a centerpiece of any room. English, c. 1820s (though the shell inlays were usually 1805), filigree brass clockface, stunning parquetry work with burled mahogany.
The movement was professionally replaced with quart for silent operation. The original movement and all parts are included should anyone wish to restore to original.
