This particular cart is one of the most iconic. Aldo was a master craftsman that opened a work shop in Milan in 1939. He was famous for blending Italian craftsmanship and the modern whimsical forms. He would apply hand dyed parchment or goat skin over the shaped wood. This pieces were produced in very limited quantities. The cart has brass accents and the glass is framed into the cart. It is in very good condition. The company carried on with Georgio Tura after Aldo passed in 1963. See less
