Why We Love It: The finish shifts from pearl white to rainbow hues as the light moves across it, so the bowl looks different from every angle.

More About This Item
This bowl looks different depending on the room and the hour. The glass is a soft pink with swirls of blush running through it, and a pearly iridescent sheen glows across the surface. In direct light, bands of gold, lavender, and aqua appear and then fade as you move. It is quiet and shimmering at once. .

The shape is as graceful as the finish. The oval body is pinched into folded, pointed ends, which gives it the look of a shell or a gently curved boat. It sits on a small round foot, so it appears to float on a table or console. Smooth curved sides make it easy to dress, and it works as a fruit bowl, a centerpiece, or a sculptural object left empty.

Because the palette is soft and neutral, it fits almost anywhere. Set it on a dining table, a coffee table, or a kitchen island, or use it to anchor a sideboard vignette alongside books and candlesticks. It is the kind of piece that makes a styled shelf look finished.

Height varies: 6.5" at tallest point, lower on sides at just over 5" tall.
Base is 4.325" in diameter.

Design Style
Iridescent art glass is a modern take on a long tradition of decorative glass, from Art Nouveau lusterware to mid-century Scandinavian and Italian studio pieces. This bowl keeps the shimmer but simplifies the form. The folded oval is organic and sculptural, and the swirling color suggests movement without adding pattern.

It suits modern, coastal, transitional, and glam interiors, and it softens a more traditional room. The pearl palette pairs easily with whites, creams, soft blues, blush tones, and warm wood.
