Bring classic English charm to your tablescape or gallery wall with this handsome set of two vintage dinner plates by Johnson Brothers in the beloved "Coaching Scenes" pattern.
Crafted from durable, high-quality British ironstone, each plate features a rich cobalt blue transferware design. The central scene beautifully depicts a traditional horse-drawn stagecoach journeying through the English countryside, framed by a deeply textured, swirling scalloped rim and a lush floral border.
The undersides feature the official Johnson Brothers (Hanley) Ltd backstamp with Royal Warrants, verifying their authentic pedigree from Stoke-on-Trent, England. Perfect for traditional, cottage, or farmhouse decor. Matching pieces listed separately.
