….Exude old-world romance on your tabletop or sideboard with this striking Late Victorian / early Art Nouveau silver-plated figural tazza. Discovered tucked away in a historic estate, this centerpiece features a beautifully wide, shallow tray adorned with an intricately etched botanical floral plateau. The elevated pedestal column is supported by majestic, classical mythic mascaron (human face) motifs and stylized organic vine-and-leaf metalwork.
We absolutely love the boho-chic wear, incredible scale, and authentic age of this piece. Left in its beautifully weathered, heavily tarnished state, it boasts a moody, soulful patina that only comes with true antiquity. It offers an incredible architectural presence—perfect as a historical statement centerpiece left raw to celebrate its storied past and gorgeous aesthetic.

Heavily tarnished with an authentic, rich antique patina that gives it incredible character. The tray plateau exhibits honest surface wear, fine scratching, and a few minor dings consistent with a century of use. There is an old structural break/split in the factory metal solder located at the center point where the top tray meets the underlying column support. Despite this separation, the connection sits perfectly flush and remains incredibly sturdy; the dish is completely stable, does not wobble, and is entirely reliable for structural display or functional holding. Stamped on the underside with factory production pattern number 2540.
