Beautiful set of six vintage Hutschenreuther German porcelain salad or dessert plates, each featuring a different richly detailed fruit and harvest motif.
The centers are decorated with colorful arrangements of apples, pears, grapes, cherries, pineapple, berries and nuts in warm autumnal shades of red, gold, green and brown. The white porcelain borders feature a wonderful raised basketweave-style embossed pattern, adding texture while allowing the colorful fruit illustrations to take center stage.
These would be especially beautiful for an autumn or Thanksgiving table, used for salads or desserts, or displayed as a collection in a plate wall or cabinet.
