Beautiful large Chinese export porcelain decorative bowl featuring an elaborate Famille Rose / Rose Medallion-style design with traditional court figures, butterflies, flowers, fruit and foliage in vibrant pink, green, yellow, blue and orange enamels with gilt accents.

The interior is extensively decorated with a central figural courtyard scene surrounded by dense floral, fruit and butterfly motifs. Additional figural and floral reserves continue around the exterior, creating a highly decorative display from every angle.

The underside bears a red Chinese-style seal mark along with the permanent manufacturer's warning: “NOT FOR FOOD USE. MAY POISON FOOD. FOR DECORATIVE PURPOSE ONLY.” This piece was produced specifically as decorative porcelain and should not be used for serving or storing food. Likely Chinese export production dating to approximately the mid-1990s to early 2000s.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or repairs observed. The decoration remains bright and attractive with beautiful detail throughout.
