This listing is for a large antique Vienna regulator wall clock
The clock is an early design featuring a wooden case with ebonized serpentine style detailing. The dark case is complimented by a piece crust style dial pan.
The movement has time, strike, and quarter strike functions. This movement is a rare design, utilizing 1 weight and 2 springs.
This clock is quite gorgeous. It appears to be in overall good condition for its age. Some signs of repair to the woodwork present. Some age lines in the dial.
The case is about 46 inches in length, about 17 inches in width at its widest. 6.25 inches in depth
The movement ran when recently tested. But it could probably benefit from a tuneup as it had been in storage for quite some time. One chime hammer is a tad loose.
