Mid 20th century French majolica asparagus serving plates by Elchinger, featuring an unusually dramatic palette of deep emerald green and pale yellow glazes. This Barbotine ceramic set includes six matching plates with raised asparagus motifs framed by stylized leaf borders. The sculptural relief and saturated coloration give the set strong visual presence whether displayed on a wall or used for spring entertaining. Marked examples from a respected French pottery house.
