An exceptional antique German Art Nouveau porcelain centerpiece bowl manufactured by Roschützer Porzellanfabrik Unger & Schilde (Roschütz, Saxe-Altenburg, Thuringia), circa 1906–1920. Featuring the sought-after Morning Glory relief mold, richly molded floral ornament, hand-finished floral decoration, and extensive original gilding, this is among the factory's most visually impressive Art Nouveau export designs.

The bowl bears the red "Germany Saxe Altenburg" export mark and features the sculptural Morning Glory (also referred to by collectors as a trumpet flower) molded blank, distinguished by raised blossoms, sweeping gilt scrollwork, a turquoise floral ground, and a central multicolor floral bouquet.

This exceptional centerpiece showcases an elaborate high-relief molded border of large stylized morning glory blossoms framed by flowing Art Nouveau scrollwork, all accented with hand-applied gold gilt over a richly decorated turquoise floral background. The broad cream center is adorned with a delicate floral bouquet enclosed within an ornate gilt stencil border, creating an elegant contrast with the sculptural rim.

The quality of the craftsmanship is evident in the deeply modeled floral relief, with individually defined petals and stamens that create remarkable depth and dimension. The turquoise ground incorporates subtle floral texturing that enhances the three-dimensional design, while the carefully applied gilding follows the contours of the molded ornamentation, emphasizing every curve and detail of the Art Nouveau form.
