A striking antique Rococo Revival picture frame dating to the early twentieth century, beautifully crafted in heavy cast art metal with a rich aged bronze-gold patina. This exceptional frame showcases an impressive pierced crest, flowing acanthus scrollwork, intricate floral details, decorative side handles, and a finely textured background surrounding the opening. The crisp casting and remarkable depth of detail reflect the superior craftsmanship of American decorative metalwork from the 1920s–1940s.
