A beautifully carved American Rococo Revival bench distinguished by its exceptional pierced walnut apron, Louis XV cabriole legs, and hand-upholstered floral needlepoint seat. The deeply undercut acanthus leaf carving and openwork scrolls demonstrate a level of craftsmanship seldom found on decorative benches of this period, giving the piece an elegant lightness despite its substantial construction.
