Chateau Loudenne - St. Yzans de Medoc
A wonderful set of 10 black and white 8.5" luncheon plates.
20th C. Haviland Limoges, signed France, Bordeaux, and J. Vieillard & Co.
Decorated with an image of the Chateau, a rich corner of grapevines and fruit, and Medoc, Bordeaux, and Gironde inset in seals around the perimeter with happy cherubs and fanfare.
Excellent condition - we expect these were a happy souvenir of a wonderful trip to France.
Would make an incredible display or are ready to use as fine tableware.
In keeping with Aesop's fable, Fox and Crow's Motto is "Beware of False Flattery!" So, with each listing we offer a true confession about the item...
