5-Jewel table clock with finely engraved and chiseled bronze mechanical movement. The front features a decoration of fantastic animals, flowers, and leaves. The enameled metal dial features Roman hour numerals and Arabic minute numerals. The bronze hands are perforated with leaf-like scrolls. Movement: F. Mauthe Germany. Manufacturer's mark on the back, under the base, and on the dial. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
